(Est.) Pre-hologram vintage, circa 1980s. Simplified from Chanel’s Classic Flap collection, this vintage Clutch on Chain was a regular model offered from the 1980s until mid 2000s (a long-lived model!).

This Clutch on Chain is lighter, simpler and more compact structure than the Classic Flap, yet it’s still instantly recognisable with signature features (diamond quilting, interlaced chain, CC clasp, burgundy interior).

As a clutch with gusset on the sides, this bag can be flattened or expanded, depends on the amount of belongings inside. The capacity is rather impressive! – it could easily hold phone, small wallet, utility holders, some beauty and sanitising items.

3 ways to style it – Carry it on shoulder by the chain strap handle, clutch with chain tangling around the hand, or plainly as a simple clutch with chain kept inside.
