Predecessor to the current Jodie bag, the Veneta hobo is one of the most signature and classic designs of Bottega Veneta (BV), well loved by many for its luxuriously soft and light woven nappa leather.

Comparing with the earlier version, the handle on this newer version is puffier and wider for a more comfortable carry. The outline of newer version is also rounder to complete a flowing, modern and minimalist look.

Veneta hobo bags are easy to store away with their flat design, perfect to pack into any luggage when you travel. The bag slouches and expands rounder with contents in it.

The Intrecciato weave is the essence and heart of Bottega Veneta. Meticulously hand-woven from the finest Italian nappa leather. Despite the tender and delicate nature of nappa lambskin leather, the weave strengthens the whole bag while remains supple, making it more durable than other lambskin leather bags.

Just on material itself, a BV woven-leather bag consumes more time in process than most of other leathers. The finished woven leather pieces are then assembled together seamlessly into a bag following BV’s signature minimalistic silhouette.
