Presenting here is a vintage Chanel clutch on chain from the early 1980s era! Its age was identified and estimated from its red grosgrain fabric interior, dainty CC turn lock and round CC zipper charm. Another impressive detail is the traditional stitched CC logo underneath the flap – neat!

Classic look with an authentic vintage flair – Instead of the Classic Flap clasp we usually see, this vintage flap is stylised with a “borderless” edge on the flap. Like the other 1980s lambskin leathers, the touch of this leather is also more sturdy and firm.

Design – With 25 cm of length, the size of this flap bag is similar to the medium flap. Single chain handle that can be carried on shoulder, or kept inside to carry the bag as clutch.

Interior – The red grosgrain fabric interior is extremely hard-wearing and light. There are two compartments partitioned by a leather-wrapped metal bar which also gives the bag a firm structure! Spacious enough to carry the essentials (large phone, wallet, small holders, beauty items and etc.).

Gold Hardware – It’s the 24karat gold plated hardware that everyone is after, the famous deep and intense yellow-gold tone! Not even a slight fading after 4 decades – vintage Chanel were really made to last a lifetime!
