The Jige clutch is one of the classic designs of Hermès – first introduced in 1975, initially it was a wedding gift ordered by one of the Hermès family member, Jean Guerrand. The name ‘Jige‘ was taken from his initials J.G.

Jige lived up to H’s design philosophy. With an iconic look of leather strap gracefully slides through the “H” leather tap. This timelessly and effortlessly elegant silhouette is actualised in the finest leather.

Epsom leather – This modern material (first debuted in 2004) is one of the most-popular Hermes leathers, loved for its firm structure, light weight and scratch resistance. Epsom leather has an appearance of embossed grains in subtle lustre and dual tone.
