One of the iconic accessory lines in H today, the history of Kelly watch actually goes all the way back to 1975. The slender watch strap took its concept from Kelly bag’s clasp, this strap can be worn as a simple bracelet on its own as the padlock watch is detachable.

“Even for a watch from 1975, I find it’s still something modern and liberating today with this lock dancing around on your wrist,” says Philippe Delhotal, Hermès Horloger’s creative director.

Hermès ingeniously combined form and function by encasing the watch into their signature padlock. Whether attaching it on the bracelet strap or hang on your Birkin, Kelly bags, the padlock will tell the time gracefully.
