Description
Throughout her long journey in art, the renowned Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama is obsessed with dots of which she deploys as an expression of inner emotions.
Kusama’s 1959 Untitled (Nets) was sold for 10 million dollars, making her one of the most expensive female artist in the world.
Her crossover works with Louis Vuitton (2012 and 2023) are considered collector and statement pieces that you can admire and actually carry.
This limited-edition Speedy was from her first collaboration (2012). She reimagined the classic monogram print with her famous psychedelic infinite dots.
Speedy bag is lightweight, roomy and extremely durable. The vachetta natural cowhide leather trim seasons gracefully with time, a design that heartedly reflects the travel spirit of LV.
The all-rounder in Speedy family, size 30 (cm) is light and spacious for every day, shopping, work, weekend, travel … almost every function we can think of!
Because the Speedy bags can be completely flattened to save space in storage, they would make excellent extra bags to bring on travel (especially on shopping trips!).
