One of the most popular bag models of LV in 2000s era, the Deauville shot to fame after Jennifer Lopez, the pop star posed and shot with it in an advertisement campaign, and the bag was dubbed “J.Lo bag“.

Named after the prestigious seaside resort in France, the Deauville bag was born into LV’s travel bag collection. Interestingly, the Deauville bag is actually designed to carry cosmetics or toiletries, hence the interior is made of waterproof canvas with pockets and elastic bands to hold bottles.

Because of its functional size, the Deauville bag is more often used as a city bag for everyday, work and weekend. The spacious interior can be easily accessed by double-zip closure, and there’s a large front pocket for handy items.

The Deauville bag was designed to be carried in hand by its top handles, with metal D-rings readily for optional strap. With your own choice of strap, this bag can also be carried on shoulder.
