In 1996, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Monogram, Louis Vuitton launched a remarkable “1896.1996 EDITION CENTENAIRE” collection.

This collection consists of 7 distinctive bags by 7 extraordinary forefront fashion designers:

3 – Vivienne Westwood – bum bag
4 – Manolo Blahnik – hard-sided shoes trunk
5 – Helmut Lang – hard-sided vinyl record trunk
6 – Romeo Gigli – ovoid drawstring bag
